Delivery and payment

The provider must deliver the goods or services within the promised time. Upon delivery, the user must provide additional information regarding the right to withdraw, especially the conditions and method of exercising the right itself. It must provide all necessary information regarding the address where the user can contact in case of complaint and information regarding guarantees and service or other services after the conclusion of the contract.

We use Pošta Slovenije for delivery of orders. The ordered products are delivered to the address you specified as the delivery address. Deliveries are mostly made in the morning. In the event that you cannot pick up the shipment at the time of delivery, you can pick it up later at the nearest post office in Slovenia. Transportation is always paid by the customer of the products.
